Wellsville, NY    Wireless World – Wellsville Store Manager, Becky Briggs and Sales Associates, Nicole Stevens, Misty DeBock and Jesse Nye took part in this annual event and the Main Street Festival.  Also on hand were Wireless World Director of Marketing, Don Crytzer and Directv Specialist, Jeff Leisenring.

Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, with the Genesee River flowing through it, Wellsville has much natural beauty.  Forested hillsides are interspersed with picturesque farms.  It is possible to see sweeping vistas of the surrounding countryside from the many peaks and hills.  This year over 50 balloons participated.  People from all over the Northeast, including Ohio and Pennsylvania came to enjoy this great event on this beautiful weekend in mid July

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New Smyrna Beach, FL Wireless World’s infamous “Five Person Bike Team” consisting of Wireless World’s very own Sarah Powers (Business Sales Consultant), Danielle Vollmert (Senior Sales Associate) and Jenn Patel (Sales Associate) along with Connie and Terry (Friends of the World) did their best to keep up with the competition.

Over 700 bikes were in this year’s event that started at JB’s Fishcamp with stops that included: Moe’s, Chase’s, Sea Vista, Flip Flop’s, Off the Hook, PJ’s, Beachside Tavern, Clancy’s, Flagler Tavern, Breaker’s, Peanuts and others too numerous to mention.

Alas, in the end, the infamous “Five Person Bike Team” had to be towed by the Wireless World vehicle because it was just too slow and couldn’t keep up, no matter how hard they tried!

New Smyrna Beach, FL Over 25,000 people attended the 23rd Annual New Smyrna Beach Seaside Fiesta Weekend held June 16-18.
The weekend-long festival kicked off with the Seaside Fiesta Block Party on Thursday, June 16 from 5pm to 9pm on Flagler Avenue. The community Block Party featured over 100 community groups showcasing their services on Flagler Avenue along with arts, crafts and festival food venders. The Block Party also included live bands, beer gardens and sponsor displays.

The expanded kid’s zone offers a community performance area, inflatable bounce houses, kid’s joust game and interactive activities. Performers included the Dance Factory, Max Athletics, Black Belt Academy, East Coast Cheerleaders, Terri’s Twirling Tornados and the PAL Cheerleaders.
The new “tween” area included a DJ, giant twister game, rock climbing wall and other contests. Both the Kid’s Zone and the “Tween” Zone activities are free. The Block Party is hosted by the City of New Smyrna Beach and the Merchants of Flagler Association.
At several locations along the Seaside Fiesta Block Party there was surfing and surf-related displays, exhibits and registration information for Saturday’s Seaside Fiesta Amateur Surf Contest

On Friday, June 17, from the Ocean to the Inlet, Flagler Avenue hosted its Decades Dance Party starting at 8pm. The progressive pub crawl features participating businesses adopting a decade and type of music such as 1960’s classic rock, 1970’s disco, 1970’s funk or 1980’s pop music. Most locations also hosted dance contests and costume contests as well as food and drink specials. Participants were encouraged to dress up to reflect their favorite decade and music type.

Marion, NY Wireless World Store Manager, Sarah Powers emceed the event, which drew over 200 people from all over the area. A total of over $10,500. was raised, which is amazing for a small town like Marion. In addition, Lisa DeLyser accepted a check for $100. from Cindi Eberhardt – Wireless World Sales Associate. Wireless World donated 10% of all accessories sold during the week of May 15-21 to the organization. Job Well Done!!!
